Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Turn off and disconnect the LUNA
Stop the cleansing cycle and remove any charging cable. Close the charging cover when the model has one. Let the device cool to room temperature and clean it before facial cleanser dries between the silicone touchpoints.

Step 8: Inspect before charging or use
Charge only when the body and port are completely dry. Check for torn touchpoints, a damaged charging cover, swelling or a cracked case. A persistent odor or sticky feel after correct rinsing suggests incompatible product residue or deteriorated silicone and should be addressed through model support.
