Step 4: Disassemble only the modular washable pieces

Follow PetSnowy's sequence for releasing the magnetic cover, litter chamber, walkway, waste container and other removable pieces. Support each part rather than letting a magnetic panel snap free. Photograph the orientation of seals, liners and odor-control pieces if helpful. Do not remove screws, open the powered base or pry apart a component the instructions do not identify as user-removable.

Step 5: Wash the litter-contact parts gently

Wash only parts the current manual permits to contact water. Use warm water, a small amount of mild unscented soap and a soft cloth or brush. Clean the inner chamber, sifting openings, high-spray edges and waste chute without stretching a liner or damaging a seal. Step 8: Inspect odor-control parts and seals

Check the TiO2 odor-control area, deodorizing consumable, waste seals and magnetic interfaces against the replacement schedule in the app or instructions. Wipe only the exposed surface PetSnowy identifies for owner care. Do not rinse an electrical odor-control module or substitute perfume, essential oil or household deodorizer. Replace a saturated consumable, torn seal or damaged liner instead of trying to scrub it back into service.

Step 9: Air-dry every washed part completely

Shake water from channels and turn the chamber and walkway more than once so hidden recesses can drain. Air-dry on clean towels away from direct heat. Check seams, magnets, axle interfaces and the underside of the waste chute with a dry cloth. Reassembly while damp can make litter adhere, carry moisture toward electronics and produce false residue or odor problems.

Step 10: Reassemble, reset and observe one complete cycle

Return every component in the documented order and make sure magnetic panels sit flush, the chamber rotates freely, the walkway closes and the waste drawer seats fully. Add only an approved clumping litter to the marked level. Plug in, power on and perform the required reset or calibration. Run one cycle without a cat present and confirm normal movement, waste routing and app status before restoring access.
