How to Clean a Roborock Qrevo Master and Dock
The Roborock Qrevo Master automates dust emptying, mop washing, and drying, but its robot and multifunction dock still collect hair, mud, mineral residue, and damp debris. The model has two main rollers, an extending side brush, two rotating mop assemblies, a washable robot filter, clean- and dirty-water tanks, and a removable dock cleaning tray. Roborock specifically says the Qrevo Master's tray detaches for maintenance and should be cleaned regularly because its scrapers collect dirt removed from the mops. This guide is model-specific; Qrevo S, Pro, MaxV, Slim, and Curv versions differ. Turn the robot off and unplug the dock before manual work, keep sensors and electrical contacts dry, and let every washed filter or mop component dry completely.

Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Pause schedules and remove power
End the current job, return the robot to the dock, and use the app's maintenance page to note remaining accessory life. Remove the robot, switch it off, and unplug the dock before manual cleaning. Work on a towel and keep the power cord, contacts, and dock electronics away from water.
Step 2: Empty and clean the robot dustbin
Open the top cover, remove the dustbin, and lift out its filter. Empty dry debris into the trash. Rinse the bin with clean water only if the Qrevo Master manual directs, using no detergent. Clear the automatic-empty inlet and check its flap. Do not reinstall the bin until it is fully dry.
Step 3: Wash and dry the robot filter
Tap off loose dust, then rinse the washable filter with clean water without scrubbing its media with fingers or a hard brush. Shake off water and allow at least 24 hours or until completely dry. A damp filter can block airflow, develop odor, or carry moisture toward the fan. Replace a torn or persistently clogged filter.
Step 4: Remove hair from both DuoRoller brushes
Turn the robot over, open the main-brush cover, and remove both rubber rollers. Pull off their removable end caps and clear hair from each axle, slot, and brush bay. Wipe the rollers and reinstall them in their matched positions. Do not rinse the gearbox or force the two rollers into the wrong channels.
Step 5: Clean the side brush, caster, and drive wheels
Remove wrapping from the extending FlexiArm side brush and check that it deploys without obstruction. Pull the caster only as the diagram permits, clean its axle, and press it back securely. Rotate the drive wheels while wiping tread and remove trapped grit, but do not add oil or flood the wheel wells.
Step 6: Wipe every sensor and charging contact dry
Use a dry lint-free cloth on the LDS cover, structured-light and camera windows, wall sensor, cliff sensors, carpet sensor, and charging contacts. Roborock support directs dry, lint-free care for sensors and contacts. Do not use spray cleaner, polish, compressed air, or a wet wipe that leaves a film.
Step 7: Remove and wash the mop cloths
Detach both mop cloths from their holders and rinse or wash them as the user manual allows. Pull hair from the holder hubs and inspect hook-and-loop surfaces. Let the cloths dry completely if the robot will be stored. Replace pads that are hard, thin, torn, or remain odorous after laundering.
Step 8: Empty and rinse the dock water tanks
Unplug the dock, remove the dirty-water tank, discard its contents promptly, and rinse the tank and lid. Rinse the clean-water tank periodically and keep its filter or pickup clear. Use only the solution and concentration approved for Qrevo Master; vinegar, bleach, foaming soap, and essential oils can damage the system.
Step 9: Detach and clean the dock washing tray
Pull out the cleaning tray by its designed grips. Roborock states that this Qrevo Master tray is detachable and needs regular cleaning because the wash scrapers remove dirt from the mops. Rinse the tray and brush the scrapers, drain opening, and filter areas, then dry the outer surfaces before sliding it fully back into position.
Step 10: Check the dust bag, dock path, and reassembly
Replace a full automatic-empty dust bag rather than reusing it. Dry-clean the dock's suction inlet, infrared target, charging contacts, and surrounding floor. Reinstall dry robot and dock parts, plug in, power on, and use the app to reset only the accessory counters for parts actually cleaned or replaced. Confirm docking and mop washing without leaks.
