Step 1: Finish dock cycles and disconnect power

Let the S1 Pro complete mop washing and drying, pause schedules, and remove the robot from the UniClean station. Power down the robot and unplug the station before opening tanks or the waste tray. Work on an absorbent towel and keep the dock connector, charging contacts, and electronics dry.

Step 2: Empty the robot dustbin and service its filter

Open the robot, remove the dustbin and high-performance filter, and empty dry debris. Use the app's Accessory Service page for the filter's exact cleaning action. eufy recommends cleaning this filter about monthly or when prompted and replacing it about every three months. If the app directs rinsing, use water only and dry it completely before reinstallation.

Step 3: Clean the robot's dirty-water reservoir

Remove the onboard dirty-water tank, then detach its squeegee and filter as shown in the app. Brush sludge from the tank and filter and rinse the inside thoroughly. eufy troubleshooting specifically directs this routine when odor develops. Wipe or air-dry the tank and ensure its red latch and side gaps are even when reinstalled.

Step 4: Remove and wash the roller mop

Release the roller mop using the documented cover and axle sequence. Remove hair from both ends, then rinse the roller and gently work out residue without twisting its core. Clean the squeegee edge that scrapes wastewater from the roller. Let the roller dry in moving air if the robot will not immediately run its station-drying program.

Step 5: Clear brushes, caster, and drive wheels

Turn the powered-down robot over on a soft surface. Remove hair from the main dry brush, side brush, caster axle, and drive-wheel edges. Use the supplied tool or blunt scissors without cutting bristles, rubber, or seals. Confirm that wheels turn and spring back, and reinstall every cover securely.

Step 6: Wipe the sensor system and contacts

Use a dry lint-free cloth on the top navigation cover, front sensor windows, edge and cliff sensors, camera or obstacle-detection windows, and charging contacts. Do not spray cleaner, use polish, or leave fingerprints and streaks. Clear the automatic-empty opening with a dry brush only.

Step 7: Empty and rinse the station dirty-water tank

Lift out the UniClean station's dirty-water tank, open its lid, discard wastewater, and brush remaining residue from inside. eufy's EB13 guidance emphasizes closing the lid securely before the tank is returned. Rinse the tank and seal, then wipe the exterior and mating surface dry to protect the station.

Step 8: Remove and wash the station filter tray

Pull the filter tray from the base station and discard solids into the trash. Brush and rinse the tray, paying special attention to filter holes and the dirty-water intake. eufy's EB14 guidance directs clearing this tray and the dirty-water system. Clean any accessible suction port with the station unplugged; never pour water into the dock cavity.

Step 9: Rinse the clean tank and inspect station consumables

Empty stale water and rinse the clean tank. Use only eufy-approved S1 Pro solution in its intended reservoir; do not add vinegar, bleach, dish soap, or essential oil. Replace a full dust bag rather than reusing it. Wipe the station's infrared target, contacts, and exterior with a dry cloth.

Step 10: Dry, reassemble, and reset only completed items

Let the roller, filters, robot tank, station tanks, and filter tray dry as their app instructions require. Reinstall the tray fully, secure the dirty-water lid, seat the robot tank with the red latch aligned, and return all dry-filter parts. Plug in, power on, and reset an accessory reminder only after that item was actually cleaned or replaced.
