Step 2: Separate the parts and choose safe water
Remove the cap and tube as directed and discard leftover rinse solution. Keep the clean work area separate from the sink basin and other people's toiletries. The CDC recommends distilled, sterile, or properly boiled and cooled water for nasal rinsing; store-bought water specifically labeled distilled or sterile is the straightforward option used here. Step 3: Wash the interior, cap, and tube
Rinse the components, add the permitted water to the bottle, and add a small amount of dishwashing liquid or baby shampoo as NeilMed directs. Squeeze the solution through the tube and cap so those narrow passages are included. Do not stop after cleaning the visible bottle wall. Step 6: Air-dry every component separately
